Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your orders placed with Vitalnique Limited. We currently ship only within New Zealand.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12 PM NZT are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery address. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (as stated on our website at the time of purchase).
Estimated Delivery Times
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier issues.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment online.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@vitalnique.co.nz with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Failures
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we may charge a redelivery fee.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within New Zealand.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
